In my role as a Senior Processor, my key responsibility is to process loan applications with precision and efficiency. This involves reviewing and analyzing credit reports, employment histories, and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of applicants. I collaborate with appraisers and title companies to obtain property appraisals and title reports, and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure that borrowers have the necessary insurance coverage. My role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the lending process are handled with care, and that all parties involved are kept informed of progress.
